As some of you know from the "what did you get thread", I lost my Lime in the Sky frag. In that particular case it was not the $, it's the coveting of a certain coral, I really wanted a nice piece. As well as I hate it when stuff dies (who doesn't).

Within minutes of expressing frustration via email to a friend of the vendor, I received a PM from the vendor offering to replace the piece n/c, no questions. It's honesty and trust that keeps our quirky little hobby group a peaceful place. Thank you Greg Carrol, and thank you to all people involved in putting an event together like the BACFM, my faith in humanity is still intact.

wow sorry to hear that i know you really wanted that piece. thats awsome that hes gonna replace it for you!! did u loose anything else

sorry to hear about the loss. i am glad to hear that the reefer stepped up. i will admit as a vendor i had a great time and your northern peeps are great. i was worried all my coral would be dead the morning of the event, due to the drive and such. i unpacked all unsold stuff today and truly was amazed at no losses. wow it seemed to good to be true.

Comming from Humboldt and working in lumber yards which are VERY competitive with one another there, I really learned the value of customer service.

As this hobby expands and gets more competitive, its excellent customer service like this is what will keep those who want to stay in business in business.

I would rather drive across town for a good store than walk next door for a bad one.

A+

this is the greatest hobby ever.

Yeah, it ain't the hobby. It's the people that make the hobby as enjoyable as it is for me.

If I didn't have the support of my fellow Northern Calif peeps, I may have quit ages ago.
