Where do I find the REEFNEST Forum in RC?
There's a small group of us that met at That Fish Place last Sunday to try to get the Susquehana Reef Club back up and running. The club has a link on Reef Central so check it out. I think we're going to try to plan something for the anniversary sale at That Fish Place... I hope you guys can join us!

If there are any clubs in the works near Hazleton keep me posted. I have no locals that i speak to that are reefers. I try to talk to my friends that aren't in the hobby all i get is "dude stop it we dont care" But hey im not in it for them! it would be nice to meet up with some fellow reefers to talk & trade.

While I live in Oregon now, Ship is my alma mater ( '91 ), nice to see a familiar name!
Is there still a pet shop on Main across the street from The Gingerbread Man? ( That assumes the G-man is still there...).
If you're looking for advice on getting a club up and running, you all welcome to stop by the PNWMAS forum ( we have our own website). I moved out here in '01, at the time it was a few people getting together for a frag swap, we're a lot bigger and more organized now. We're a friendly bunch and would be glad to offer advice.
Good luck with getting your club up and running! It really does make the hobby more enjoyable to have people to 'fish nerd' it up with ( as my wife says ).

I live in Lewisberry, close to Harrisburg and York. Not sure who the starter is of the Susquehanna Reef club, but I have met up with Turbonegro and reeftard73, awesome guys and new found friends with similiar interests. I go to TFP all the time too, I used to work there before we started spawning little demons. We need to officially get a monthly or bi-monthly meeting going. Dinner(nothing fancy), chatting, and swapping sounds good to me.

I'm in Camp Hill, just outside Harrisburg. Trippkid and I have met up quite a few times (he's hooked me up quite a bit, not to mention helping me plumb my 180g upgrade). A local club would be nice, and I'm in. I'll keep an eye on this thread but haven't been on RC much, mostly hang out on another forum.

Welcome to the "other" forum Alex. Yeah, we are still trying(slowly at best, it is hard sometimes, everyone is busy with their lives, you know how it is) to get something going for a club, meetings, or just swaps. How is your tank doing? I haven't been up to see in a while. How about AJ, still doing well, I hope? Bike been running good for you(I still wish I had my RR, jealous). We will have to get together sometime soon, I'm kind of busy the rest of this month with Tripp's baseball, cubscouts(parades and other happenings). Give me a call or email, we will set something up. Heh, thanks, been a member for almost 2 years and never really posted.
Tank is doing great, I'm about to do a re-adjustment of my lighting situation, changing some bulbs out for different coloration because I think that one of the VHO colors is causing some cyano (pretty sure it's the 6500k, since I had the same issue in my old 55g), and will likely be swapping the 10k MH bulbs for 14k.
AJ's doing great, still loves looking at the tank....haha. How are your 3? Sounds like they're having fun with the activities, it's that time of year eh?
