refurb spectrapure rodi issues

Just bought a refurb 90g rodi unit and my numbers are all wacked... my in line tds meter says 425 in and 550 out. ..am I doing something wrong here or did I get a crap unit from spectrapure?

Their is a large rubber washer on top of the di filter. If it is missing then your water is not being filtered & passing through.

Bring it back to them, they will fix it or replace it.
