Remove bitton polyps

We have button polps that are spreading way too much. how do i either kill them or remove them. We tried pulling them off but that didnt work very well. Will something eat them or burn them off?

Injecting with vinegar is my favorite thing. I would surroung them with rock rubble, frag disks or plugs, or anything else removable so you can get a few bucks from your fortunate growth.
