Wow, I thought your cube was an awesome tank but your 210 is amazing. I bet you're enjoying the extra space from the looks of it, haha. Also, I don't know what kind of poci your filefish prefer but I have some green Pocillopora damicornis that I'm having trouble selling. I'd love to have it go to good use if you want it and you think the filefish will go for it.

Thanks Joe. I do love the extra space but I am filling it up quickly. :)

I will pm you about the pocillopora.

Unfortunately I now have an outbreak of ich and several of the fish have at least one spot of it, so we will see what happens. I am going to be soaking food in vitamin supplements and try to enhance their diet. Here is a list of all my fish, the ones with ich are denoted.

Blue Star Leopard Wrasse - Female
Hawaiian Potters Leopard Wrasse - Male
Super Male Flame Wrasse (1 spot ich on body)
Sub Male Flame Wrasse (1 spot ich on body)
Blue Hippo Tang (a lot of ich, first fish to be observed with ich)
Yellow Tang
Yellow eye Kole Tang (a few spots of ich on body)
Male Square Spot Anthias
Female Square Spot Anthias x2
Royal Gramma (several spots of ich)
Male Orange spot file fish (1 spot of ich on top fin)
Female Orange spot file fish (1 spot of ich on bottom fin)
Green Mandarin Dragonet
Pair of Clowns
Copperband Butterfly
Bangi Cardinal fish
Midas Blenny

No, I do not know where it came from. For all I know it was lurking in the tank and the tank transfer and the power outage may have stressed a few of the fish out enough to make the susceptible to it. Though the tank was run by a generator, there were wider then usual temperature swings and a couple of days of no lights.

That what happened to my purple tang. I lost power for 40 hours and my small generator was running the pump and heater. Couple days later my tang got some ick spots but they disappeared after few days.

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago. All of my fish but my mandarin had at least one spot of ich, but I just started soaking my foods in Brightwell Aquatics garlic supplement and one of their amino acid supplements and it knocked it out. I know they don't make medicinal claims with the garlic product, but it sure seemed to help my fish. It has not been a problem since.

Your guys' experiences have made me feel a bit better. I hope that I have a similar experience, got some garlic extract tonight and have vitamins on the way!

I just kept them really well fed. I kept some pre-soaked food in the fridge and whenever I had a second I fed them. Best of luck!
