Replacement magnetic rotor

Hi Roger:

I had a Stream alarm on a 6100 recently, and when I disassembled the unit I noticed two cracks running the length of the magnetic rotor (part 3000.63). Can I order one of these from you, along with any other related parts that should be changed when I replace the rotor? The pump is running fine now, but should I take it offline until I get the new rotor? Thanks.

I wouldn't run it with a cracked rotor. Our parts supply is critically low. I can send you a rotor if you PM me an address but the remaining parts will need to wait until I get a shipment as I am trying to conserve parts so no one is without a running pump. Hopefully in a couple weeks our parts supply will be back to normal.
