Where the heck did 9 months go?!
thanks-
i have a bleached jack o lantern lepto i'm working on. i fed it twice last week, both times it took food (live blackworms). just didn;t want to over do it, it is just a sliver of a frag...
I'm pleased to announce... (cue the drum roll)...
I've started the paperwork to create an official non-profit charitable coral rescue foundation! It'll take a while for everything to be set up, but this is a good first step.![]()
Does anyone have the suggested formula for the loguls dip? I have a hammer that has some tissue loss and I want to treat it. I've looked but have not been able to find.
I'm not sure what you mean. Lugol's iodine is a mixture of iodine and potassium iodine commonly sold at various concentrations. It's fairly widely available in the hobby under various brand names. If you purchase it marketed under the aquarium hobby, the packaging should have dosing instructions for dipping coral. The stuff I use is one drop per cup of water.
J.CROW'S® Lugol's Solution of Iodine 2%, ordered from Amazon. Not sure if this is what I should have ordered now???
