Ritteri #2 - Treatment begins

I started a post not too long ago (Chances of survival for a XXL Ritteri at LFS
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2554412) when I picked up a very large Ritteri from my LFS that wasn't in great shape. It responded well to treatment and has been doing great in my display since treatment finished.

I stopped by the same LFS tonight and they had the color that I covet (yellow tentacle/tips with a nice purple base). My last was the typical beige base/brownish tentacles. Needless to say I snagged it up at $60! It's been in the treatment tank for about 3 hours now and just started Cipro with lights out doing the same deflation cycle/inflated mouth as the last one did at first. They'd had it for 2 weeks when I picked it up today. I'll post updates to this thread as treatment progresses (with better focus as I'll fix the camera on my phone)

any update?

Doing great in the frag tank off my reef system. Hosting a pair of Madagascar clowns and is starting to regain its yellow color in tentacles. Didn't realize how bleached it was when I bought it. I'll get a pic when lights are back on.

I finally got around to adding this purple base in with my original Ritteri and they've buddied up and are doing well. My saddleback clown is loving life.
