I'm more than happy to see my ritteri finally stood up at lunchtime. I went home and opened the door only to be surprised by its first standup. Stand up so stand out!
I was very worried at the very beginning as I closed down all the filters except the skimmer for 2 weeks in order to kill the dinos. Then I added sand and switched the tank into full zeo, officially shuttin down the gfo reactor.
At the initial 3 days of zeo conversation, I made a dummy but horrible mistake of double dosin the zeostart3, which very soon f'ed me off by bringin a horrible cyano outbreak that you now can still see in the pic.
I'm treatin the tank with zeozym, coral snow and zeobak. the cyano is retreatin to half or third what it was at its peak. The entire sand was covered with a red hairy cyano mat but now the mat's broken down into few long resistant patches.
When I purchased it, it lost half of its tentacles
The dino was about to launch a full attack against me.
Then it grew full
Hopefully my battle against cyano will be goin as well as against dino's
