Rock placement

Last Sunday I moved my tank into the garage, my wife wants a dinner table (I can't imagine why). Just when I started to really like my rockwork, its time to tear it down. I tried my hardest to take it down so I could place things back how I had them. Not even close! It looks like a completly different tank and it seems like I don't have enough room for corals. I just need to vent a little. By the way, I am now a pro at moving tanks, four times in a year and a half!

Hey Crispy,

Sorry to here this. If you search for aquascaping here on RC some great threads come up with photos. Always good to see what other people have done.

Guy- You have no idea. I was going to put it right in the middle of the garage, if only I knew my son wouldn't play with the cords.

Another problem I'm faced with is I didn't put the gravel back in because I wanted to rinse it. Its in a bucket and now it stinks. Should I toss it, or clean it and use it?

My wife told everyone they had to fend for themselves this Thanksgiving
"because Guy is working on his tank, and there is no room, and he is too busy" I am lucky, Guess I should kick down something nice for Christmas:p

Are you adding an extra heater, it has been damn cold the last few nights? Maybe a moving blanket wrapped around it at night?

Christmas is coming and Santa is watching, I would say you owe her a good one!
Being 31 degrees the last couple nights I put and extra heater in there. So far the tank has not gotten below 74.

insulate your garage door Chris, you also might want to get those foam sheets to put up against the 4 sides of your tank at night just in case. You will save money on electricity
