Roger 6201 with issues

I have a client with the 4 6201's and 2 waveboxes....all is pretty good except for one 6201....it has no alarm or anything I can see like that and on no controller. This 1 pump will rattle and bounce and shake...I feel in front of it and it stays running then shuts down for a second or partial...then starts up again. I have tried to see if it will works its way out of it. I have torn it down twice and nothing wrong to my seeing. The customer spent $4800 on this whole setup with magnets (8 of them), all contollers and I designed and installed it all, want to keep him happy.

I was thinking of sending it in to be fixed or looked at...not a option...his flow is maxed and needs it all...has over $4000 plus in 50+ sps corals.

Please advise.

Just an FYI....Roger should be back online on Monday, he typically does not respond on weekends

The only solution is to send it in, I am sorry but I honestly can't see a circumstance where being short one pump for a about 10 days is going to be life or death.

He is kind of a Veruca Salt person...wants it now...

Roger, finally got this pump back and still doing the same for me.

Also one of the others is dead in the water. Nothing. I have tried switching power supplies...and nothing. I think it is the pump. How do I send both in? Do you have a number I put in with pumps?
