Rose BTA

My Rose BTA seems to be having a problem. The center of it appears to be closed all of the time now. Almost like it's pushing it's self inside out. It opens fine when the lights come on, but does not close up as tightly as it use to. Any ideas out there if this is normal or okay? I have had it for nearly two years now and it was originally a split I bought from a friend. Thanks.

I would check your parameters just to be sure there isn't something chemically that might be irritating it, please post the results here when you get a chance.
