Safe zone for ich irradification on LR

Battling Ich over the last few months I have beeten it. My fish have been clean for over a month, anid in the process I removed all LR from my FOWLER and had them in a buckett in the garage. So they are still alive. I pulled them out early November. Is it 100% safe at this point to re introduce the LR into the display? If not when would it be 100% safe?

Rock is kept in a system without fish for 8 weeks is probably without any dormant parasites, 10 weeks very likely without any dormant parasites, and 12 weeks virtually certain to be free of any dormant parasites.

I just did something similar-but in the rock vat I put a dosage of seachem's PARAGUARD for the few weeks the rock was in there...-No ich and no large die off on the rocks...
