Salt Group Buy: Crystal Sea Marine Mix

I happened to get a couple of boxes of the 150G salt mix a while ago at an insanely low price of $30 for 150 G mix. From my last water change I Loved the salt! maintained perfect Alk & Calcium. The water quality & my SPS seems great! & I'm addicted to this now.

I did some research & found this was not available easily. Apparently a lot of LFS swear by this & this has been sold for business for a long time now.

Coming to the point: I was able to pull some contacts & am able to order a pallet (60 Boxes) of this & the price comes down to $28.50 / Box.

I have the dock & everything set up & pick up will be in Wheeling IL.

Delivery date will be anywhere within a Week or 2.

$28.50 for a 150g Mix!

I did test a batch, & I really liked how quickly it dissolves & also I saw no brown residue in water at al after 24 Hours. I tested Alk & it was 9 dkh. As like any other brand, there are some positive & negative reviews out there, but this salt has been around for over a decade.

I just want to point out this is not the salt with de-clorinator. In fact reef keeping magazine has a comparison on this salt.

I have heard a lot of public aquariums also use this salt according to the manufacturer & I have heard comparison being in par with TropicMarine.

Please don't feel I'm advertising this product, I just happen to Love the quality & the pricing on this is a further positive to my liking. I'm just sharin my opinion.

No, I did not test the Calcium or Mg. I'm more concerned on Alkalinity stability & PH, & I not notice any negative effect on SPS/Fish. In fact it seemed a lot better.
