Has anyone ever ordered from Saltwaterfish.com? They seemed to have some really great prices on their weekly specials.

I just got an order in from them and every thing is doing great. The only thing with them is that there sizes seem to be smaller then you might think. They ship over night and you will have your fish by 10:00 the next morning. If the fish dies in the first 15 days they will credit you the loss on your next order.

I ordered from them. I liked the fish, good and healthy,. As for their credit policy; unless they changed it, you have to mail the fish back to them for credit. Also, don't forget that although they offer "free shipping", there is a 9.99 "processing fee" and a 17.99, "temporary fuel charge", and a $79 minimum of course.

So they basically charge you about $28.00 in other fees and call it "free shipping"? and there is a $79.00 minimum order.

yea, and don't count on them actually crediting you if they mess up, i've had them forget to put credits on my account twice. they sent too many fish in one bag once and all of them in that bag died. after dealing with their customer service i'll never be ordering from them again. i'd say if you can find what you want from live aquaria get it from them.

Yea, if you can, just go with DrFS, swf.com seems 50/50 at best.

I've ordered twice with good results, but as others have said, you can pretty much forget credit for dead livestock, and the free shipping isn't.

I have also had inconsistent results with size. A 'small' raccoon butterfly came in 7" healthy and beautiful, several other fish came in undersized, and I got a fox face that looked like crap. That said, that raccoon died, and the fox face and undersized fish are doing well.

i order from them all of the time and love it. they just changed the minimum to $29.99. always great quality stuff.

Alix is correct, they just modified their minimum.

29.99 minimum with 34.99 shipping
or
if you order more than 79.99, shipping is 27.99.

Basically, they finally started calling their "fees" shipping cost.

I'll say again, that I was very happy with the livestock I got from them (flame angel and cleaner shrimp)
