Steves very fast! Gave me quotes over email within the hour.
I think I will go with an sca 180 rimless. Now gotta figure out the stand.
Anyone have a stand from sca, can you post picture? Are they nice or just run of the mill?
There's some pic on their site but would like to see in home pics.

What is the glass thickness on the 180 rimless?
Sweet! When you order the synergy overflow, make sure you get the "upgraded version" for tanks with glass thickness over 5/8's.
Thinking of going the old synergy overflow 16" to save a few bucks lol. It works up to 3/4".
How large are your return holes? 1" bulkhead?
Is you stand shipped or local pickup

I prefer custom stands however I took a flyer on the SCA wood stand since I basically got it for free with the deal Steve gave me at the time. I am actually pretty impressed with the stand. The thing is a tank and well made. My only wishes were side access which I would gain with custom stand.
For the price of the wood stands from SCA you will not be able to get a similar stand elsewhere. If you have the funds go custom but if you simply want a great looking stand that will function with the tank then the SCA is a great option.
I'm thinking about getting one. Are they made in the US? I get the feeling they come from China. Anyone know for sure?
I think they are from china...
anyway, I just got a few quotes and I thought SCA was going to be the cheapest, but apparently miracles is even cheaper.. I think im going with them!
they are a good brand as well. Their shipping was high for me whereas it was included with SCA which is why I went with SC.
Good luck either way. Getting a good looking tank is important regardless of the vendor.
