SCMAS Aquarium Club Meeting & Demo Day (OPEN TO PUBLIC)

Are people going to be selling frags at this meeting?
Unlike SCRK, SCMAS does not set up frag tanks at the meetings. You are always welcome to bring frags in cups and such. I'm sure there will be plenty of light with all the LED units in the place. Feel free to mention or show pics of frags you want to bring or may be looking for.

I have a couple frags available that I can bring since I will be coming from home that day.

$500 Efflo (multiple sizes, encrusted)
Shades of Fall acro (encrusted)
Pink Lemonade Acro (encrusted)
Pumpkin Patch Chalice colony (60+ eyes, too lazy to count)

Club meetings are free but we encourage you all to become members of the world famous SCMAS as there are a heap of benefits that go with membership.

Swag? lol it sounds like there marketing team is trying to get kids into this :P

LOL True. We're still finalizing which goodies to give away (aside from the aforementioned products), so swag seemed like a safe, all-encompassing way to say "T-shirts and stuff."

We're excited to see everyone!!!

LOL :lolspin:
I guess sarcasm is difficult to convey in writing.

Free you say.... but how much is that in American dollars????

Yeah, this is not Obama free healthcare, so it is really free. From what I have read, you pay $0 for admission, you pay $0 for parking. You pay $1 if you want to be in the raffle (optional). They even offer free (you pay $0) soft drink and snack.

You might end up spending a lot of money buying equipment, but that is spending control issue and has nothing to do with the word FREE.

Corals for Sale

Corals for Sale

We just confirmed Reef Raft USA (check out their photo album on our Facebook page) will also join us Friday and will be bringing along coral frags to sell to attendees (disclaimer: this is just a photo from our Facebook page, we have no idea what they'll be bringing yet!)

We're working on getting some other guests as well. Looks like it's gonna be a good turnout!
