Its almost ready to fill but the light fixture is holding me up I need a linear actuator and I need to build the aluminum frame
for the lights I haven't welded in a long time..so searching for someone to weld it for me..and I keep changing the design of it...I am getting impatient so I just look through your pics for coral fix lol:lolspin:
 
Yup it is definitely a shallow tank at only 12" high. I started doing my aquascape today and it should look sick if all goes as planned, then I have to soak the concrete for a bit.

That's awesome mate, I've been keeping an eye on your progress don't worry and I like what I see ;) It's one of the hardest parts waiting to stock a tank my friend but in the end when you have a tank full of coloured sticks it makes the waiting worth while :D

Sweet buddy I can't wait too see it :) Concrete that's a bit different, I only find it different as I own a concrete pumping business and work with in it everyday :lol:
Looking forward to see it though I'm now very intrigued!!
 
Yeah it's not very common to use it but I've seen reefs that used it and they look very similar to normal rock, I like the idea of using it as I could get the shapes I wanted and it would cost next to nothing to do. I just finished the scape and it looks so good, couldn't have hoped it would turn out that nice :bounce1:

A massive Happy 5th birthday to my favourite little reefer my daughter Monique!! Always wants to help Dad clean the tank (except when it's skimmer cup cleaning time) :lolspin: love ya more than words can explain :)

Thank you Fishy :) she got spoilt mate trust me she always does :thumbsup: I don't think she would of been impressed with frags even though she loves helping me pack them when I send to mates around Oz :lol:

When I get my tank sorted I'll have to give you a shout for a few frags(I'll pay for them of course):beer:
