sea horse wont eat anything

hi, i am new here and need some help. i have a 90g tank with h. reidi and one stopped eating. he is breathing heavier than normal also. water params ok. 75 deg 1.024 nitrates maybe 5. he is the newest tot the tank. been in there about 2-3 weeks. pouch may be a little swollen, should i clean it out? when new he would only eat frozen and now he wont eat anyhting, just kinda hangs out in one spot, too. any help you can give would be great. thank you.

Since nobody has chimed in yet...head over to the Seahorses & Pipefish forum if you haven't already. A lot of folks in this forum have ZERO sea horse experience...myself included.

What do you feed it? Frozen Mysis or Brine? Sperulina?

Have you tried feeding it fresh brine shrimp? Fresh I mean you just hatched them and they're swimming around.

Could be from poor nutrition.

I had dwarf seahorses, all they would eat were fresh brine. I gave them away after a few weeks. Got too bored of them
