Sea Lab?

I'm wondering if anyone has used this. My LFS keeps telling me to try it, but I'm hesitant. Here's a link:

This product gets discussed from time to time. I wouldn't use it because it doses a mix of elements in an uncontrolled fashion. I think that's a pretty common viewpoint. A search on the product name should bring up a number of threads.

I agree I would not use it. It does not "control" anything. It is just a slowly dissolving block of stuff, whether you need that stuff or not.
