Sebae Anemone Feeding Question

Hello all I've got a Sebae thats a couple of weeks new in my DT. He looks good but I'm not sure how or what to feed it. I've been told silver sides are good or mysis shrimp. Well it's not interested in the silver side and I've used a turkey baster with some mysis and not really sure if it's getting any. Also I"ve had to quarantine my fish (ich) so I"m only feeding some shrimp pellets to my hermits every other day. Today I dropped a pellet on the Sebae but it does not seem interested. Also my sebae appears to be bleached. he is mostly white in color with some brown

Stick with feeding it mysis shrimp. Silversides should be avoided as it has been proven to cause issues with anemones.

If you are unsure the anemone is getting any food and it is in the sand band cut the top off a 2L pop bottle or half way down it and if the sebae is small enough, put that over the anemone at feeding time. Then squirt the mysis in there. The food should fall into the tentacles and the anemone should begin eating it if it is hungry.

Give it 30 minutes and then take the pop bottle out and the hermits and snails can have what is left of the food as it gets picked up by the current.

If you need to, lessen the feedings to once every four days.
