I bought one two weeks ago and my pair of clowns immediately started switching from the star polyps they have been using to the sebae. The little male spent 90% of the time in the nem. (perc clowns) The sebae has yet to set it's foot. I moved the clowns to a specimen container a few days ago and turned off the powerhead yesterday and the nem just keeps flipping upside down. The only flow now is from an AC 70 HOB filter and the return from my skimmer, so very low flow to try and encourage it to plant itself.
I've offered it several places in my 40B to secure itself between the rocks and my 1 1/2" sand bed and it just doesn't seem to want to attach. The nem is still very sticky so I'm not sure what the problem is. Tank specs in my sig, tank is almost two years old. Will test params tomorrow but all corals are doing well.
Thanks for any advice offered!
BTW, former BTA owner, first time sebae owner.
