Sebae Anemone (Heteractis crispa) do my lights have a chance?

Hello, I have a 55 gallon LPS/SPS reef. I want to add a blue tip Sebae Anemone (Heteractis crispa) and was wondering if my lights were good enough.
I run 3 different light fixtures on this tank
1) Hagan GLO 48in 54W T5 HO 18,000k
2) Coralife 48in HO T5 double strip using 2 54W actinics
3) Ecoxotic 48in 24W stunner strip LED (mix of 12000K & 445 royal Blue)
Any thoughts as to whether it can thrive in this light??
