setting up 29 gallon frag tank need T5 light setup

Don't have time to build a canopy cause i work alot of overtime so i'm looking for a t5 light setup already built or complete hood system only thing i'm seeing online really is the nova extreme light fixture. Any advice or links to some good deals or anyone selling one, tank is 30L"x12"wx18"H.

gonna put live sand in tank how deep should it be.

If you are looking for the sand to act as a good biological filtration, 4-6". You can have some benefits at a shallower depth but not nearly as efficient. Also, make sure it's oolitic size. I've had it up to my eyeballs with inefficient special reef grade sand. The particles size sucks for denitrification. I knew better too.

going with nova xtreme t5, wife got carib sea argonite sand and got alot also didn't know she was getting that much so i now have a 3 inch sandbed, for now going to use 2 maxi jet 1200's plus a skilter 400 hang on filter. So i next i guess i need to shop around for some live rock who's got the good prices(lfs) or does anyone close to me have some for sale.

just ordered 30 pounds good price for the nano caribean rock 20 bucks for 15 pounds plus nano rock is small and flat

not too many to choose from and price not bad it was on sale the 4 bulbs in that fixture are 39 watts each and not less like some others, plus its going to be a frag tank not a display tank.
