I am Not affiliated with the Tang police, but 2 tangs in a 45G may not be a good long term option.
And I think you have too many conch in there, 1 would be ok, not 5.
They are sand cleaners only.
Do you have any snails?
And you probably need more live rock.

Please do not buy the tangs it is cruel and unessasary, do you really want a dinner plate size fish trapped in your puny 165 liter tank remember the ocean is trillions of gallons the least we can do is give them at least 6 feet of lateral swimming area

Your gonna nuke your own tank if you keep adding livestock before the tank is ready. You will need more LR imo you dont have enough to support the bio load you are planning to have. Slow down and read all the stickys in this forum. Thats the best advice i can give you. GL

That's okay when we start out we all want the biggest fish that we can't have. My wish list for my first tank ( 55 gallons)was 7 naso tangs, it's a good thing I saw reef central before trying that out. Sorry if I came out a little rude earlier. :)

Try moving it to another spot in the tank. Do not add more fish. Let some bacteria build up in the tank. Add some micro-life to the tank. Slow down.
