Tom, this is for you!
this is what it started with
The master at work
this is what it looks like at Tom's house
getting it home was a challange
that's it for now...still working on it more to come i hope to finish plumbing this weekend.
Thanks again fro your help Tom it looks great. I did break two rocks off getting it home i'm still trying to get one to go back on. This took 6 tubes of mighty putty and 2 bags of large zip ties and Tom's creative mind. Oh and some are drilled with acrylic rods glued to hold the rock.
I plan to stay up late tonight and this weekend to get a good jump on this thing! =) this is gonna be one SICK fish room. Everyone else has a tank but i have a REEF ROOM, got acent led lights that are remote control dimable to show off the filtration, painted the PVC black textered shimmer, dettachable filtration for easy cleaning, you'll see what i mean the whole sump chiller and all can be wheeled away. I can wipe up a spill under my tank, it's has a stand for the stand....i think i got some original ideas i've never seen before. Even the room i put up crown moldiong, chair rail, new curtina rod and curtins. This room is looking good...except for the PVC all over the room at the moment....more to come. I say in March i may be ready to host a meeting to show this bad boy off! =)) Just gotta get my ligths all set....PS: I'm gonna need some help wirring them i have no clue how to do a 660 and t5. Back to PVC
PS just a tip for anyone who drills rock use a masonery bit it drills rock much better but still not easy you gotta use some elbow grease and try not to make it break...easier said then done
Dan-your rock is one the far left bottom pic, the tonga branch. I left the rest at Tom's to help others. thanks i owe ya
