shapping my monti cap

hi all,
I have a question regarding my monti cap. It seems that my monti frag is grow abnormal and not folded like the nice one that i ve seem from other people. can anybody give me an advise on of to shape my cap.

probably not a cap. Most montis are not. What did the mother colony that yours came from look like? It should look close to that.

They usually dont plate in low flow areas,you should just put it in a higher flow area and it should start to plate,thats what i had to do with mine.
