when i set the 14k the Cool white , green and hyper Red is at 75% only the blue and royal blue at running at 100% . is that correct ?

That is correct for 14K. The 12K preset is all leds at 100%. Also, there is no 16K preset, but if you look at the LED intensity percentages for the 14K and the 18K presets, you can make and save your own.

Here's my graph and instructions on how to import it! :)

1. Visit the following page to download Jon's Radion Graph:
http://software.ecotechmarine.com/JonsRadionGraph.zip

2. Once the download has finished, save the .etg file to your desktop.

3. Open up the EcoSmart software, and adjust your Start Day/Start Night times in Artificial Mode to 10:00am/11:00pm.

4. Apply the .etg file to your graph by selecting the down arrow button that says "œImport to Selected Schedule".

5. The graph will then be applied to your existing project, where you can now program the group(s) and save the project for future reference.

Jon,

When I look at your graph it seems like the highest point of intensity is only around 50% overall. How can I increase the highest point closer to 100% intensity in the graph?

double click the point you want to edit and then you can change intensity and color if you want

How do I change the start day and start night on Jon's graph. I want to use Jon's graph but want my start day at 12pm and my start night at 1am.

My new graph...
progressively increase to 20000K->18000K->14000K->12000K->10000K->12000K->14000K->18000K->20000K followed by the night light for full pleasure !
All temps from 20000K to 10000K, next from 10000K to 20000K run @ 100%.

Jeffrey, you just grab the first and last marker and slide it over, or just change it in the box at the bottom left manually where it says start day and start night. Just make sure that if you shorten the day or night that you slide the next marker over or else you will lose it.

I've been using Jon's graph since I started this thread. I haven't touched mine since. Things are growing well, but it might be too bright for me. It's not bleaching things, but my acans lost some of it's colors & some of my zoa's shrink/close up. I don't know if it's due to too much light.. this hobby is confusing!

I used to use Jon's graph but find that it is under power so tweak to run at 100% for a few hours and the sps are now coloring up with the TIR installed

great graph.

i like the gradual fade and change. My Bubble tip and Fish seem to swim about for a few more hours until it gets dark.

OT:
Going to Biarritz next week for some food and wine tasting

Can someone just give me the simple step by step for programming two radions have been unsucessful for longer than i can add the hours or point me in the direction where there are specific directions for programming two thank you

Got my second radion coming today and I'm stoked. My first radion comes on at like 5am with white and red. I don't want a lunar phase of white. How do I make it blue? Also I want a longer ramp cycle to full intensity. How can I add points in the graph to change specific color intensities?

Hey Guys,

I created this Graph for my 20 gallon sps tank. I have a TIR lense, but below is what I am doing:

Time - RB - B - W - R - G - B

7 AM - 25 - 5 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 15
8 AM - 50 - 25 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 15
9 AM - 30 - 10 - 0 - 0- 0 - 80
10 AM - 40 - 25 - 10 - 0 - 5 - 100
11 AM - 20 K @ 60%
12 PM - 18 K @ 81%
1 PM - 14 K @ 83%
2 PM - 12 K @ 75%
3 PM - 12 K @ 75%
4 PM - 14 K @ 83%
5 PM - 18 K @ 81%
6 PM - 20 K @ 60%
7 PM - 40 -25 - 10 - 0 - 5 - 100
8 PM - 50 - 25 - 10 - 0 - 20 - 40
9 PM - 30 - 15 - 0 - 0 - 15 - 25
10 PM - 30 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 15 - 15
11 PM - 10 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 10 - 10
12 AM - 6 AM - OFF

My logic behind the graph was that from 1 PM - 5 PM I provide high PAR in the
12K - 14K range would should help with growth, where the rest of the spectrum is mostly in the blue range which should help with color.

Let me know what you guys think. I would love some feedback.

Here is what the graph looks like:

This graph has been working great for my SPS LPS Tank.. Thanks for sharing!

Question, how long have you been running your graphs? I was running mine ramping up from 20k, 18k, 14k, slowly maxing out at 80% at 10k for 4 hours(then back down) and it started to cook some sps (green monti cap is now light green, birds nest is bleached, etc). Other coral ie brains, cups, etc on the sand bed faded too. The light is about 8in above the 60gal cube. I dropped in down to 65% at 20k hoping to get color back in some of the coral that faded. Total time is around 11hrs. I changed all my points to 20k so it ramps up the same. I plan on ramping it up slowly (this time:facepalm:) but I am not sure how high. Anybody have the same problems or did I just rush things?
(alk, cal, mag, temp, etc all good)

I'm another person who has been endlessly tweaking their light trying to make my corals happy. I have had the light for six months I just can't decide if they are getting too much or too little light. My only SPS is a monticap up at the very top which went from a dark brick red color to a washed out pinkish red and it doesn't grow at all. My zoas have all faded in color & are not spreading. Frogspawn and hammer have gotten paler and now have skeleton showing. Ricordias mostly shriveled up and disappeared.

Crocea clam on the sandbed seems happy, which makes me think there is plenty of light, and yet the zoas look like they are stretching towards the light which makes me think there is not enough light!

Tank is 24" X 24" X 20" deep. Running one Radion. Parameters good, stable & unchanged from when everything did well under MH + T5s.

I am determined to make this light work for me - I know it can, I just think I haven't hit the right settings yet. I get so confused by the massive differences in how long people run these lights, at what intensity and what color spectrum.

Currently I have just given up and put it in Natural mode with a 12 foot depth offset and I have it at 55% intensity and am thinking I should slowly increase it to maybe 60-70% intensity?
