Shark eating pellets

I have a small (about 8-10") banded cat shark I hatched from an egg. He eats fresh shrimp, clams, and sometimes silversides. These seem like normal food items, but now he has started eating Hikari A and new life spectrum pellets that my tang and wrasse miss! Its quite funny seeing a shark take down a pellet. He seems to really like the NLS Thera pellets which have garlic. Anybody else seen this? I initially thought he would be hard to feed!

I had a ray that would eat the NLS pellets. Must be something about the sent.

NO Joke! I'm looking into getting a pair and feed NLS to all my stuff anyway will swear by it.

Question? How much do you think he's eating and is it enough?

He probably eats about 5-10 a day of the 3mm pellets. I don't think its enough though, I still feed him shrimp and scallops and stuff.
