Shell-less snail?

Can anyone point me in the correct direction to research what looks like a snail, no shell, about the size of a dime, that spends the day under the sand, only out at night (in the dark)? Foot (probibly not the correct term) on glass looks like one solid piece when it moves rather than a left and right side.

Thanks,
Randy

Without seeing it I agree with Gary. Some sort of Stomatella.

Does it appear to have an oval shaped "Shell" like covering on its back?

It appeared to have no shell, but after checking a couple of links for Stomatella, I think it probibly is. I'll have to check a litte closer later tonight.

Namyar thanks for that link. I checked the 1st 100 or so before I checked for the Stomatella snail - LOL, duh.

Thanks for the response Guys!

Randy
