RJ, Did you mount your Seio to a mag float? That is a great idea. Sure beats dealing with suction cups and it makes it easier to change the position.
We left Charlotte Friday morning for Atlanta (4 hours). We stayed at the Ritz, woke up and walked to the Aquarium. AMAZING! The only thing that dissapointed me was how crowded it was. It has 6 interactive areas for kids and adults to stick there hands in the water and touch sting rays, sharks, anenomes, starfish, urchins, horshoe crabs, shrimp, and sea cucumbers. The reef display starts when you look up and curves down into a flat display in the front. It has a surge filter setup. Every 30 seconds or so it dumps a huge amount of water onto the reef simulating natural surf. The whale sharks, beluga whales and school of 50 or so baby manta rays, were my favorites. I did not do the behind the scenes tour because when we ordered our tickets they were all filled up. They only allow so many people per day for the behind the scenes tour. We did see 6 people scuba diving. Not sure if they were workers or if that is something they offer to special guests.
Flipturn, let me know what you think of the behind the scenes tour. My local reef club is working on planning a trip. Which one are you doing?
