There are already several videos of the procedure - I started doing this after watching a reefcast video about it. It isn't difficult, but very time consuming because I am very careful to clean and drain everything. I have 2 food processors that chop everything to good sizes.
My husband has to leave for the day because the smell makes him ill!
Last question - I usually push the food in to egg crate sheets so that they are cubes. Is there anyone that would prefer just a flat sheet in a bag that could be cut to any size?
