They are not bulky and you have full dexterity but I do put a latex glove over top for added strength cause they are thin. I also have the shoulder length rubber gloves sold at most other places but they are so thick that you can't do anything precise but you can use them over and over so it is a trade off.

Yep, check around you for ranch/agriculture supply type stores (if you don't have any, there are plenty online ). The shoulder length gloves many use are OB gloves.
