So I'd love to see everyone's H. Magnifica's that they currently have In their tanks! I saw a "show me your Gig" thread and did a search for a relevant thread focused on Mags but did not see one; or not in the last year at least. Maybe also include the color variation your Mag is ( what color foot and body) as it's sometimes it's hard to tell and maybe what kind of clowns host (if any)

Here's my Mag, my first Mag ever after wanting one for over 10 years, and I love her. She has a beautiful purple foot and her body is a light lavender color. I have 2 cap bred snowflake Percs that took up residence almost immediately after adding the nem.

What did you use to fill in the holes in the rock? I have a flat rock with some pretty big holes to fill. Thought abut using liquid fiberglass part to fill, but don't know if it is going to be reef safe.

I love the color.. what kind of lights do you use?

AI Hydra 52 HD running a bumped up SPS AB+ w/ peaks program. My blues in the middle of the day hit 104% on the peaks and the whites are bumped all the way up to 30% in the same peaks. I don't like the blue look as much, but also trying not to fry everything. My mag is now getting probably over 500 PAR.

Just use reef epoxy, like Two Little Fishies Aquastik. Goes on easily to make a flat surface, and is reef safe. I let it cure for a couple days. I just made it really flat with my fingers (wearing gloves) before it got too hard.
