Do radiums come in 250 watt DE bulbs..? If so where can I get some at..??

From what I've seen, no.

40x24x18" tank is a year old in a few days, upgraded the 250w to a 400W Radium bulb a few weeks back but everything is adjusting well.

I wonder which type of ballast is best to drive a 400W 20K radium bulb? Electronic or HQI, and why?
