Sick or stung naso tang

Good morning, I've got a naso tang that's not doing well. He's on his side and listless. This happened the other day as well. But after a few hours he was back to normal and I couldn't find any spots or wounds. I'm wondering if he's drifting into an anemone at night. I have a bunch of anemones. A lta, carpet, 2x Haitian, a rose bta, and a baby rose bta.

System has been up since October and I've had the naso (approx 6") for a few months.

Hello, he's a lot better and swimming around again. He's eating, but not as much and is still a little sluggish. Very odd.
