Siptang's 72g bow front.

ahhh i see i see, so there's that issue.

I already have alot of wrasse in my system after watching Tony Vargas presentations lol.

hmmm... seeing some zoas peeling.. is this something I should be concerned about? It's open and looking fine besides that. Dosing iodine tonight.

Those rocks are pretty cool! I bought one off amazon a yr ago. I forget who sold them but if you put it close to the rock formations it can blend in and the corals just grow all over it.

Richard, tank looks amazing! Sorry you had to deal with a busted seam. But all is well now!!! Get yourself a present... another fishy :)

I don't want to derail your thread, but if anyone wants pictures of the MagnaRox just PM me and I'll give you some details. I'm casting a few up this Sunday, time permitting. They're made of polyurethane resin with acrylic paints and a UV acrylic coating. The magnet in the rock is embedded in the resin, so it doesn't come in contact with the environment.

Richard, be careful dosing your iodine. Easy to OD, as I'm sure you know. Fingers crossed on the zoas!!

Few pictures with orange glasses in the front. No modifications what so ever.

Looks pretty cool Siptang! After what you went through, looks awesome. Thanks for sharing your experience. Someday, I hope my 72g can look like that... :D

Thanks young reefer.

Damon, thanks. You took a big part of making my tank look how it is. When are we meeting up next? I have whole lot of things I can trade you now lol.

Thanks erwin.

Marvin, yes they came with a vengeance but I was able to catch the mystery wrasse so I put in peppermint shrimps. Hopefully they will do the job.

Lost few corals because I was slacking on my testing and not paying heed to holy trinity of reef keeping. I have been warned with expensive losses. :(

Boosted my calcium up to 440 and tonight I will boost it up to 460 then 480 day after then 500 day after that.

Keep in mind folks. Don't get complacent like me. Corals grow and their needs constantly change. We need to montitor frequently and adjust/adapt to it accordingly. Let my failure be your lesson.
