The neck part of this build is nothing short of amazing. You have mad skills sir.

How was opening of the neck cut out so perfectly?
 
The skimmer i got from you was pretty hardcore so i can imagine this one is gonna be a complete beast.
 
Thank you guys, here is another one I built it was external one around 15 years ago for Corals Oasis in Irvine(some of your guys probably knows), it was 5 feet tall, the tube was 12"OD and the neck was 7"...

Got stuck on plumbing, the vertex output is metric... I have to go find some metric pipes and union tomorrow.

These Dart needle wheels were monsters. What kinda air draw did that thing do.

Update: fitting the bayonet twist off neck and tried to cone my neck... but failed

This is incredible...so once you put the form (bottle) on the acrylic and add weights to the top, do you heat up the acrylic with a torch or just keep adding weights?

You have to heat it up with a torch otherwise it's gonna crack with that much weights.
 
Unfortunately I couldn't find any metric union fitting for this pump, I had to modify these parts to make it works...looking forward to finish this project this week end.
