I would say a juvenile regal can be fine in a well structured 60 gallon tank.
Regals don't need a lot of swim room, but rather lots of rock structures they can explore.
You also have to understand that a 60 gallon tank is not a long term solution for a regal angel.
that right there is what I'm looking for. Thanks. Although I'm ok with not having zoas I'm not prepared to see my huge colony of BBEB decimated. It's a highlight of my tankRik small one might work in there for a bit, looks like your tank is established and corals have nice size and can take some nipping, be ready to rehome him when all your zoas go missing
Paly's are fine, many times Zoo's are food/drugs to angels
