Small parasite on Dorsal

There appears to be a tiny whitish fuzzy speck on my False perc's dorsal fin tip.It looks very similar to one that I noticed on my blue Damsel several weeks ago.That one just disappeared after a while.Wish I could take a picture but it's so small and the fish wont stay still.The fish is not rubbing,breathing heavy or anything.The tank has other fish and corals that are fine.
Water parameters all check out.It almost looks like I could scrap it off if I could catch him.

Hi,

check out lymphocystis or Lymph. It gives the appearance of white, cotton like patches and it can disappear by itself.

That's what I thought it might be.I need to get a camera.Tried taking a picture and it just don't cut it with a cell camera phone.The color is off and the fish moves too fast to get a clear photo.
