I been waiting a little over 2 years to start this thread and i am super excited about it. Just got the stand and canopy skeleton back from powder coat and it is now time to start the building process. The tank is also on my back deck sitting full of water testing for leaks before it gets into the house since it has been sitting dry for a few years lot of pictures to come in the next month or 2 but heres the start of my big tank.
This the top being mock up with rails for the lights.

I dont have a picture of the stand before powder coat but here is the finished products

Little more done after our meeting

Right now i am working on painting the base of the sump area primed it frist and now i am plasti dipping it

They say it works for vibration and sound dampening so ill give it a shot. Tomorrow will be pictures of sump and other life support goodies in place

Did some more work this morning the plasti dip worked out well in my opinion and i installed the goodies dragonvale was talking about.
Life support system
Trigger emerald 34 sump

Skimz monster sm203 dc skimmer

2 finmex hmx-200s heaters and a EcoTech vectra L1 dc pump as my work horse

And a trigger emerald ato container

If you put the skimmer in the center section of the sump you can do a triton refugium.

Will not fit... had to modify the skimmer a tad to even fit in the front section but i will make one of the tank drain have some water flow in after the skimmer into the center fuge section.
