Thanks for looking. It's been a few months and my 4 year old daughter is still saying "I want to move to Hawaii!". Of course, that may have everything to do with the creamy, Korean Popsicles they passed out every day at 3 at the pool!

(of course I wouldn't, I know they're very protected)

P.S. Zomg, you can't keep 75 yellow tangs in an ocean that size! It's cruel!!1!

I was pretty impressed by the number of species in one location. But I'm new so I'm easily impressed!

Nice pics. If you think snorkeling is cool you have to get open water certified - nothing compares to scuba.

What hotel/resort did you stay at?

We were at Mauna Lani. They are part of a project that raises and releases green sea turtles. They had juvis of all sizes in their ponds along with reef fish. Great place for kids and two really nice beaches for snorkling and the like. Definitely recommend it.

And, yes, I bet I would really love scuba. Lots of scuba in my area but the water is so dang cold!
