10000k white. My bulbs are old and need to be changed out badly. I'm too lazy and don't have the money for new bulbs at the moment

I have no idea. Everyone that sees my tank has wondered the same thing. It's survived through a few rough times and my water isn't always pristine. I have no idea why things grow so well.
