Sonicboom's 180 build in Tampa

Thanks worm, but I left out one piece, I only have about 5 more inches below the gate valve before I am at the sump bulkhead so I won't be able to add another union unless I start adding 45's. the bulkhead under the tank has flex tubing which I hope to be able to cut out without having to remove the bulkhead.

Ok, got it done temporarily to see how I like it and if I can get the air bubbles out somehow. I may have to convert this side to a full siphon.

Well you should not make that side a full siphon then as the flow will be interrupted with the 1 outlet on the side.

You will not be making a siphon that will maintain a constant flow due to the hole, modifying the pressure and negative pressure effects being created.

Hmm, I think I understand, I guess this may not work then since the turbulence from the Durso is creating bubbles that are going into the reactor.. may just use it as is or as a water change valve.

You sir are correct, I didn't take into account the overflow on the other side would slowly increase flow and take over as i closed off the right side to increase flow to the reactor. Going to leave it in place as it is perfect for water changes and will get a 90 degree barb and do the same thing on the return side instead.

Don't get me started on Jeeps lol. Jeep = just empty every pocket! Lolz Kinda wanna trade my wk in for a diesel wk2!! But then again, I've spend so much time, blood and money on mine and love her as is...minus how thirsty she is! Haha

Lol, I should be ordering my tires, in a few days and I just found out my wife's cousin just bought a 14 billet jku.

Nice!! Currently have Nitto trail grappler MUDs, but I'm switching to Goodyear Duratracs. Not much mud here in SoCal lol

And now back to your thread... Haha

Gregrocks that's one hell of a view, our mud comes right off with a hose, now if I liked in Georgia with clay it would be a different story.

Now on to my thread... I left the original outlet in place to use for water changes and added a separate one to the return side. I left one capped just in case I need another in the future. So far it's working perfectly and that's one less pump in the sump.
