Sonicboom's 180 build in Tampa

Came home to this from my temporary ph,

Thank goodness it didn't break the glass.

it was pushing itself against the back glass, my concern was the thick coat of sand on everything else including corals. I blew everything off with a turkey baster and everything opened back up. I had just checked the camera a few hours earlier so i think it was that way for about an hour.

So i replaced the temporary 1/2 gallon top off container with a 5 gallon one i picked up from Corals and Fins for $6.00 and a 1/4" bulkhead, didn't know they came that small..lol

This is still temporary but i have everything working, Now i can decide if i want to move this upstairs and run a line from the RO/DI to it. Oh you can only do this mod if you have a 6yr old child or under that can get an arm inside the opening to hold the nut for the bulkhead!!

interesting, this might be bad either way for them and users of the pump, if it passes certification, it will be looked at as fraud blah blah blah, fine imposed and company goes under, if it fails, refunds to all, fine imposed and company goes under....
