Here’s a little more info: Likely raffle items for this event include: a Vortech MP20 pump from EcoTech Marine, a 36” T5 retro kit from Current USA, a 400W MH ballast from Sunlight supply, a PhosBan Phosphate reactor, a Protein Skimmer from Aquaculture Technologies/Red Sea, a pH Controller from Aquatic Life, a dozen frag racks from Eshopps, and items expected from Brightwell Aquatics and Seachem. Those same companies will have representatives at the event, some of whom will be making their own presentations.

One other interesting thing to note: Steven Pro’s talk will be titled “So you touched it, now what?: Poisonous, Venomous, and Contagious things in your aquarium.” I can use that one!

Our everyday tank prices are already discounted significantly, we are not able to lower the prices from where they are. We do offer tank discounts at some of our large retail events, such as our Anniversary sale in the spring, and our Customer appreciation sale in the fall. These tank sales are done with special promotions offered to us from the manufacturer for these events.

A note from That Fish Place: Current USA has added two aquarium setups the raffle, a complete Solana, and Cardiff aquarium setup. These are awesome high end systems! Current will have them setup as wet displays at their booth, with the winner to take them at the end.

I had a feeling that was the case but did not want to assume. Paying for the kidlet would not have been a problem, but not paying for her could mean another frag.

She loves the tank. 8 years old and I'm starting to think that she is a bigger tank nut than I. She is building Zoanthid mountain in our tank. crazy and she has wanted a dragonette from day one. I told her not for a year.... thinking delay not real taime frame.... everytime we goto TFP she says... we can get a dragonette in March dad.
