Where in the store is this being held, and you can just show up and pay at the door correct. I will be there since i go the store everyweek ill make a special trip this day.

Its being held in the pond room. That Fish Place has revamped the room and they are making it available for NCPARS to use for this event.Yes you can just show up and pay at the door.Hope to see you there

I was just down there today and I've seen what others have been mentioning... there no longer is a pond 'room'... it's all wide open between the public fish room and where the event will be held. Is there going to be some kind of divider or whatever, because there'll probably be mass confusion with normal customers that aren't aware what's up. I'm sure TFP peeps got it under control, more so just curious :)

I'm not sure exactly how (physically) they will work the separation, but we will definitely have a separated/divided area designated for the swap. We don't want swap items getting mixed in with regular store items, so items from the swap will get marked with a tag or something so you don't get charged at the registers, and everyone will get a hand stamp or badge when they register for the swap that will allow you to go freely in and out of the swap area. We can post more on this if there's going to be anything tricky about it.

Is there a PayPal address where we can send swap payments to, or is it pay at the door only?

Funny the flyer says a single non-member entry fee is $10. The shop ncpars button schows this as $15? What gives????

Sorry, that is an error.the prices are coming up for the last swap instead of this one for some reason.we will get that fixed right away.thanks for alerting us on that.

Working on the prices as I post this, they will be up before morning. Look under NCPARS/TFP Winter Frag Event which will be on the screen once you hit the SHOPNCPARS button.

thanks for catching that and sorry for the confusion.

NCPARS/TFP Winter Frag event tab created, the current prices for admission are there now respectively. Please remember that if you are signing up for a membership to the society at the same time, the membership options are under the membership tab on the shopncpars main section.

thanks all!

117 bodies registered/74 individual people/families registered.

The club's record for one event is 131 bodies/89 registrations from last April...atleast that's since they started using the FragSwapper.com that exists now, I don't remember if we broke that the first 2 years with the beta verion.

Kevin, we will surely break that either this time, or at the Spring Swap! The numbers keep rising daily and we are doing much more as a society than we have previously. We are surely on the right track.

I think with walk-in traffic you'll smash it! If I had corals to frag I'd bring everything I could, regardless of pre-arranged fragswapper trades. :)
