spinning wetside

I have problems with my wet side spinning. The problem isn’t just spinning, its creating really loud vibrating noises no matter how I adjust the wetside. I recently bought the GEN2 magnets and everything and I still have this problem. I tried tightening and loosening the nut in front of the propeller/impeller. I’ve tried making the magnet stronger/weaker on the dry side but still no success. I've also cleaned the side of the glass where i put it on many many times to make sure there is no type of algae that would promote the wet side to slip.

Make sure there are no air bubbles in with the magnet (open the back cover under water, give it a shake, and put it back together)

Also as its running separate the 2 sides just a bit really quick. Sometimes it just seems the magnets arent "in sync" and this may work

To be clear, isn't it very bad to put the wetside and dryside together while the dryside is running?

That would be correct but a slight gap created once they are running is just fine

You can never install it while the dry side is running, but you can do what intenseimage suggested. I have seen this work sometimes to help with vibration but I wouldn't say it's a solution to the problem.

I dont know what exactly it does other than help the magnets get in perfect sync with each other?
