It's tricky business. It has to be below that, and below the size limit too I believe. I had a heck of a time getting The Colonel up as my avitar.

Yeah, the pic is above 8192b so I'll just edit that now for you.

Problem is when you knock it down to 8kb it loses alot of quality and becomes very distorted. I'll try sort that out.
