$300! Man, that is the steal of the month...

Hey guys, but $300 is price only for a steel stand : )) . You should calculate it with ceramic protection before corrosion : ))) . Ceramic protection is very interesting entry : )). What do you say lao?

Very nice build, especially so far inland. Look foreward to any updates. And with the european construction you really have to plan everything out the first time. They don't play with 2x4's once the concrete is set that's it. (I know cause I grew up in Poland)
Good luck (durzo szczescia)

Acillaton, thanks a tiez pozdravujem,

Kent E, yes you have noticed it, the part that floats is our future bedroom, the dimensions are 18' x 18' foot and the whole structure is hanging on the side of the house just like a shelf. complete steel construction.

Tank102a, dziękuję bardzo...

tanya72806, thank you, I will keep you all posted

and Plaster is right the steel was cheap but the ceramic color was double the price of the steel, but I gues better then in few years I would have to evacuate my tank couse the stand corossion, right ?

Looks great. I really like the floating bedroom.

What other equipment are you planning? What is the temperature in Slovakia? Are you concerned about having the tank up against the wall w/o insulation?

Chrisrush...
Temperature in Slovakia is normally same as is in New York City but no humidity or very low humid in the summer.
Laomedon... good job! And yeah... how about the skimmer and other equipment you planning to use?

Chrisrush, temperature at the moment is -10 celsia = 14 Fahrenheit

the tank being against the wall wont be a problem as there is a 6" thick polystyren going to be put on the outside walls. That will insure nice temperature inside the house even when outside temp. drops down to -20 Fahrenheith.

I will post the equipment list tomorow along with some pictures.
thanks for reading.

wow, great start! Congratulations on your new home and especially your new tank in progress. I look forward to updates!
